Teaches – Landscape (population) genetic data analysis using R
Rodney is an applied population geneticist his research is focused on gene flow spanning temporal and spatial scales from mapping pollinator movement during single mating event to uncovering shared spatial patterns of species movement during the current interglacial. His work combines GIS, spatial modeling, and graph theory, and population genetic theory to characterize how intervening landscape structure modifies patterns of genetic connectivity.
